CBMC has business sponsors who have paid for the tent, exhibit space and sand to be trucked in and for the artist to come in from Ocean City to Harford County Fair, July 25-28, 2013.

CBMC are in need of volunteers to engage with the onlookers and explain the meaning of the giant “Jesus” sand sculpture we will have there.  We will also have the opportunity to present the gospel message and participate in follow up activities. Strong backs will also be needed to help set up the sculpture; prayer partners and artists to write out some Scripture verse posters are also desired.  There will be a prayer breakfast for workers before the fair opens on Thursday morning.

A group of CBMC and other ministry partners will be taking a short term missions trip to Ocean City through Son’Spot Ministries, May 29-June 1–We will be there to help with the soup kitchen and share the Gospel with many foreign and American students, tourists, seasonal workers and other visitors.

“The harvest is so great, and the workers are so few,” (Jesus) told His disciples.  “So pray to the One in charge of the harvesting, and ask Him to recruit more workers for His harvest fields.” Matthew 9:37-38
